Dulaney shared that Proverbs 3 has already been embraced by churches worldwide, though it had never officially gone to radio—until now. “The message of this song—trust in the Lord with all your heart—hits the world hard,” he explained. Co-host Griff humorously pointed out that Dulaney is essentially “just singing out the Bible,” to which he responded, “We gotta give David his credit—he did his thing! I just put a melody to it.”
In addition to releasing new music, Dulaney hinted at an upcoming tour, though he remained tight-lipped on details. “I’m not supposed to talk about it too much, but me and Israel Houghton are working on something,” he revealed, prompting excitement from the hosts.

Reflecting on his career, Dulaney recalled how his breakout song, Pulling Me Through, was just the beginning of his journey. “I used to pray people would play my music, and now the whole world sings these songs. It’s like, ‘God, when did You do this?’”
Before becoming a renowned gospel artist, Dulaney pursued a career in professional baseball. He admitted he still thinks about it but is now focused on his son, who is excelling in the sport. “I see some of the guys I played with getting ready to retire, so I guess I’m getting old,” he laughed. “But my son—he’s becoming a monster on the field.”

Erica Campbell closed the conversation by celebrating Dulaney’s impact on gospel music. “Your songs allow us to connect with the Father in such an amazing way. We wish you nothing but the best,” she said, jokingly offering to join his tour as a backup singer.
Dulaney’s new single Proverbs 3 is now available, and fans can expect more exciting news about his tour soon.
