I’m blessed with people like Jamila Cher, Casa Bates, Stephanie Andre, Matt Wiley, and Keon, each of whom plays a key role. Having a team you trust and who believes in your vision is a blessing not everyone has. Many people work alone or struggle to find reliable help, but when you do find those who align with your mission, make sure to appreciate them. Check in on them, say thank you, and treat them with kindness. Even in a demanding environment, kindness and respect go a long way toward creating excellence.

One last shoutout to Aaron Wright, who stepped in at the last minute and handled everything seamlessly. Whether she was helping with airport pickups, managing guests, or handling merchandising, Aaron’s presence was invaluable. Let’s all remember to love and appreciate those who support our dreams and work alongside us—because together, we can make a difference.
