Gilliam, known for his rich contributions to gospel music, discussed his new song “Be Glorified,” a track that has resonated deeply within congregational worship. He described the song as a significant part of their worship experience for several decades. The decision to record and release it was born out of the challenges people faced during the pandemic. “We noticed that during the pandemic, people were being ministered to through various forms of sickness and struggles,” Gilliam explained. “We decided to record it and share it with the world, so they could experience the same uplifting message we’ve cherished in our worship services.”

Gilliam’s story is one of blending faith, family, and music, showing how his background and personal experiences have shaped his career. His conversation with Campbell provided a glimpse into how gospel music continues to be a source of hope and inspiration, even in challenging times.
